The Best Time to Practice Music Lessons
When is the best time to practice?
Throughout my career, I have found that everyone has a different take on when to pick up their instruments and practice. Some people feel that the best time to practice is in the morning while others find that late at night is a relaxing way to end the day. With my schedule, I have found that after working a long day, it is refreshing to sit down and play for a short while.
Often, it is tempting to push off practicing the piano especially when things are busy throughout the summer. However, as school gets back into session and schedules resume we encourage you to consider starting piano lessons with us this fall! It will help your children to not only prioritize their piano practice time but also create structure for other school related and extracurricular activities.
Having the knowledge of piano will open the door to many other instruments. My brother learned the piano at a very young age. After learning the piano, he quickly picked up the guitar, bass, cajon, and drums. By learning the piano, he was able to quickly understand how scales worked with other instruments. It served as a springboard into his love for music.
By considering piano lessons with The Piano Sensei, it will allow your children to truly explore and learn to love music on a whole new level. Whether your children enjoy playing instruments in the morning or in the evening we just encourage our students to take a few minutes per day when it works best for you. If you have 5 minutes before you need to leave your home, why not play a quick song?
